This ourstanding property has 117 feet of private beach in the back yard. Key West styled and recently renovated by one of the best contractors in Vero Beach. Home is like new and freshly painted throughout. Features include granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, new bathrooms, high ceilings and an open floor plan. Loacted in a very private and low density area of Vero Beach, but not far from the best shops and restaurants in the area. Lot has extra room to store boat or trailer or RV.

    Great location and spacious house. Property managers were prompt, responsive and great to work with. The property at that level needs some added attention - tracsh cans for all of the bathrooms and meven the bedrooms, deck is in need of replacing (beyond minor repairs) trimming of the path to the beach, master bed post tops still in a drawer, could use a DVD player.

    Gorgeous, very spacious house, nicely furnished and well kept. Fantastic location directly on the beach in a very quiet part of Vero Beach, a few miles south of the town center. Great layout for large groups with a master suite, a separate 2-bedroom/1 bath suite, more bedrooms, a family room, a game room and a gorgeous kitchen. Plenty of space to be together or to have privacy if so desired. We stayed the whole month of January 2012 and did not want to leave.

    We needed a place to relax in between baseball games and activities. There were 10 of us and a hotel was not an option. We loved it! The beach access was fantastic and we were able to enjoy family dinners together in the evening with use of the gourmet kitchen and grill! We didn't want to leave....EVER!!

    Beautiful, well-kept house with incredible views of the ocean. Property management and homeowner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. We were in town for our son's weddiing, and this property was the perfect place for our family to stay during this week together. We will always have fond memories of Genesea Lane!
